“Çok yeni bir otel, dolayısıyla da henüz oturmamış kısımlar mevcut. Özellikle odanın ısıtması bulunmuyor, otel de aynı... Restoran çok soğuktu, benim odam da öyle... ısıtıcı sağlanabiliyormuş ancak bana teknik ekip bu bilgiyi vermedi ve odayı ısòtmanın mümkün olmadığını iletti. Sicak su var ancak basınç çok düşük. Bunun dışında lokasyon iyi. Restoran gayet güzel ve yemekler çok lezzetli. Spa henüz açılmamıştı, sauna ve buhar odası aşırı küçük ve dolap bulunmuyor. Yanınızda değerli bir eşya……

“Perfect location in the Cairo downtown. Very clean rooms and hotel premises. The surrounding area is full of wonderful shops. All tourists spots are easily reachable from here with an Uber, though hotel staff also provides packages and we used them and say they are worth. Hotel staff are very helpful, and solve any issue with amenities very quickly. Thanks to Mostafa and Amin, who helped us with very late checkin due to flight delays, Youstina at reception with suggesting and arranging tour……

“I enjoyed my stay at Mazaya. The location of the hotel was less than a 10 minute walk from the Sphinx and the pyramids. It has a few places to eat at if you choose to not order directly from the hotel. The room and hotel were always clean, and each day they provided fresh towels and water. The staff was always friendly and courteous, assisting me with any questions I had. As a last minute booking, they were able to help me find things to do with a ride and a tour guide. ”

“Small boutique hotel in the center of downtown. The rooms are clean. The bed is ok, not the most comfortable. The full bedroom is very tight with no dresser or counter space. I'd recommend the twin room which seems to be more a little more spacious. Breakfast is simple with eggs, bread, fruit and yogurt. The staff was very friendl and helpful. Decent property but I dont think the rate matches thae actual facility. ”

“Disappointing experience overall. The photos shown online do not reflect the current condition of the hotel. The front picture is misleading, and in reality the reception and rooms are old, poorly maintained, and in bad condition. This is not a quality hotel suitable for hosting international travelers who expect basic comfort and cleanliness. The only positive aspect was the staff, who were polite, kind, and tried their best to help. Unfortunately, this alone does not make up for the overall……
