“My 13 year old daughter and I booked a weekend getaway to see one of our favorite artists. As a mom having a safe place was key for my selection. Knowing that Fran and Larry were right there if we needed anything was the reassurance I needed! Keypad entry was super easy, and the apartment was perfect and cozy. They live in a quiet little neighborhood in the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of downtown, convenient to all amenities. Highly recommend! ”

“We stayed here to attend a graduation at Wichita State university and it was in a great location. Truly 12-14 minutes from everything. Both driveway and street parking and the keypad check in was a breeze. The 3 bedrooms were a good size and had plenty of couch space as well. Just a note that two of the bedrooms share a jack & jill bathroom and the other bathroom is attached to the master downstairs. Would definitely return.”

“Very unique, comfortable stay! I worked in downtown Wichita and was able to walk to work and back each day. I had groceries delivered and cooked each night. I also used and appreciated the washer/drier. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores along the walk. It's also in an art oriented area so there were a ton of cool murals and art.features to explore. The house is beautifully decorated and the garage space is such a cool hang out spot! Will definitely be staying here again. The photos……

“Grandma's house did not disappoint as being just like going home to Grandma's. Warm and hospitable, this nostalgic throwback is perfectly located in Goddard for all the notable attractions.”

“We enjoyed ourselves very much.... Spacious and unique. Though, those that can't handle noise may want to stay elsewhere. We did just fine above the Bar & Grill and the main drag with traffic-but it is very popular, and the music goes until 2 pm. We will be staying here again! It is in the middle of so many things to do! ”

“The property was great for our large group of girls and the girls absolutely loved the house! Communication was great and we were provided with anything we could have needed. Great large kitchen to cook for a crowd and plenty of areas to hangout! The only thing to note would be that the upstairs gets quite warm in the summer months as with a lot of historical homes. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!”
