“Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head. I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control. “We were very disappointed with the condition of the sofa bed. Underneath it was a buildup of garbage, hair, and dust, and the surface itself had visible food, hair, and dust on it. It was completely unusable, and we had 5 guests so it made the sleeping accommodations extremely uncomfortable. Also we weren’t allowed to use Fireplace or Laundry machine. Tried to reach out to host after our stay about the sofa bed but got no reply. Other than that the location was good.”
