“This is a time share property but meticulously maintained. Top appliances and materials used throughout. Service is through a hotel just next door, but they get things done quickly. Very friendly staff. Had one night that the property parking was full and I had to park outside across the street in the open (at their arrangement as well), and they gladly waived my parking fee for that night. The only thing I was surprised that the property didn't provide was bathrobes and sleepers. But I was……

“From the moment I was in contact with Leo I could tell he was going to do his best to be a great host and I was right! He checked in to make sure all was well and helped us answer any questions we had immediately.
We loved the oversized furniture, games and convenience. We also loved the hot tubs for after hours.
We hope to come back again! Thanks again.”

“Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head.
I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control.
In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person.
