“The property was centrally located. Very clean. Nice to have assigned parking space. We were able to walk across the street for food, then walk the riverfront path. Would stay at this property again.”

“Great property with wonderful view and close enough to the city if you want to go in. Upstairs neighbors were a little noisy, not out of rudeness just how the unit was set up. But owners had thought of everything and even included a sound machine to help my husband sleep as he is a light sleeper. In other words the owners thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. “Long story short I DID NOT stay at this location due to a booking issue after I reserved it but Davey contacted me, let me know of the issue and provided an alternative that was to my satisfaction. Davey could have just returned my money and apologized but he didn't. His entire focus was to make the situation right, and he did that. I think its important to point out when someone takes ownership of an issue because now anytime I come back to Chattanooga I will be looking for properties managed...

“The condo itself was very nice and was well stocked. The ceilings were high and the rooms large. It was easy to get in but still felt very secure. The area was away from the main city and felt peaceful. Only complaint was that it was a bit dusty in some spots.”
