Absolutely huge back yard for your fur babies, children, grandchildren or for entertaining large family/friends gatherings! 2 min golf cart ride to the Deluna recreation center where there is a larg heated pool and tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Also 5 minutes to Everglades recreation center where you will find all your amenities: Pool, pickleball, etc. This house is also just10 min golf cart ride to Brownwood square! A 4- seater golf cart is included . This home has high quality furnishing that we have lovingly chosen for you! Our home is literally your home!

House with everything!
The house is even better than the pictures, with many extra amenities. The golf cart was an excellent way for us to visit the lovely area. We enjoyed all the activities from the nearby pool to pickleball to archery lessons. Many wonderful restaurants nearby. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered any questions. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Beautiful home!
James was great to communicate with. The house is absolutely gorgeous. It is fully stocked with anything you need including a keurig coffee maker and any/all kitchen supplies and utensils. We would totally recommend this house. It’s about 10-15 minutes to brownwood. 45 mins to sumter both by golf cart. The area is beautiful but a little far away from towns.

Despite a slight mix up regarding the location and address being confused with another property, this house was fantastic! The house is brand new and beautifully appointed. It was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The property manager communicated well and was extremely helpful! We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect home for our group of 3 couples that always travel together. House was in immaculate shape and the 3 full bathrooms made it pefect. House was well appointed with everything we could have possibly needed and even a 4 person golf cart! James was a great host and responded quickly any time we had a question. Definitely recommend this house!!

a Thanksgiving dream home
We stayed in James' home in the Villages over Thanksgiving while visiting our parents (four adults and two teens). This 3 bed/3 bath home could not have been more perfect -- tons of space where everyone could retreat to their own space, and then multiple different common areas where we could all come together. We cooked a full Thanksgiving feast for 8 in the kitchen that is drool-worthy. We all kept saying the house has magic powers because anytime you needed something it just appeared! James is a terrific host -- communicative, helpful, and accommodating. We will definitely be back and can't speak highly enough about our stay.

This was a beautifully designed how. With 3 couples, the 3rd bathroom made a tremendous impact on the quality of our stay. THE BEST place to stay in The Villages! This house has EVERYTHING you want….and things you didn’t know that you wanted! It’s beautifully decorated, it’s spacious, the beds are perfect! The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal or to grill outside…or better yet…it’s a short golf cart (provided!) ride to yummy restaurants and Publix! We scooted right up to the DeLuna rec center to get the morning paper and ended up joining in the Pickleball play that was going on…we were beginners, and the people could not have been nicer…welcomed us right in! We loved it so much that we booked our next vacation while on this vacation…did not want to take a chance of it being booked! Negatives? NONE! The owner is wonderful to deal with-responds quickly and is just great. If you are planning on visiting The Villages…book this home, you will not be sorry! We have been visiting TV since 2018 and this was the nicest home that we have ever stayed in…. beautiful, close to everything and everything you need is provided.

Such a wonderful week in this gorgeous home. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything you may need. Huge back yard for dogs. We had a fantastic time despite it being the hottest week of the year. The 4 seater golf cart was the star as we explored the area. Just so much fun! Location was well placed with nearby pool, pickleball, billiards etc. The house is by the turnpike so nighttime road noise is heard in the primary bedroom. We had a great week! Thank you, James.

First time in the Villages
This was our first time in the Villages and we were excited to explore the area. The house was in a great central location to three of the Town Squares. The house has a great floor plan with all modern fixtures and furniture. I don't think we could have found a better home to stay in. James was very easy to work with and responded quickly to the questions I had. We enjoyed the use of the 4 seater golf car. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the week. We ate all our meals out so all we needed was our snacks. Our small dog enjoyed the fenced yard and laying in the sun on the lanai.

Very clean home, lots of restaurants close by. Perfect for our family for a hectuc weekend. Only had time to shower and sleep but hopefully we will be able to return for more tiurnaments and gave more free time to enjoy the home and amenities.

Beautiful house, immaculate & great location!
This house is exactly as the listing describes if not even better! The house was super clean, well organized, stocked with the basics that were needed and very inviting. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog to run around in and well maintained. The beds (especially the king) were so comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer and spent more time at the house. We were in town for a short Easter visit with family. We will definitely keep it in mind for our next visit and will have to book it for a few extra days of R&R. We didn’t use the golf cart, but it looked awesome! Appreciated having a garage to pull the car into to load and unload. Thanks for everything!
