"Old dilapidated, dirty, there was hair in the bed. The shower didn’t work, the coat rack, soap dispensers and bathroom racks were falling off of the walls. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We will never stay there again"

"Property was exactly what you’d expect for a La Quinta. Clean, decent amenities, the free breakfast wasn’t gourmet but the kids loved the waffles and it was super convenient. The gym was closed for renovations at the time which was unfortunate but not a massive issue."

"The breakfast was the best part of our stay. We booked this a year in advance- didn't realize we needed to check the website constantly to see what was or was not in working order. Finding out that the pool was out of order for the foreseeable future was beyond frustrating, especially after traveling from the East Coast with kids who really wanted to swim. "

"good parking, cool place as it is historical. very clean. the ONLY downside to this place is there is a very steep set of stairs you have to go up to get to your room. it is steep and the stairs themselves are not fullsize. makes it hard to get luggage, etc up."

"Room and bathroom were spotless, comfortable bed, safe and central location, good breakfast. I would highly recommend this property. It's quaint, charming, comfortable, clean, and very centrally located within the town. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My only (small) issue, mentioning only to warn others who might not be used to it, freight train tracks are right outside the hotel and the trains come very late at night - they LOVE to blow their horns at all hours of the morning. Everywhere you'd stay in Williams you'd hear them, honestly. Not the hotel's fault at all."
