"The property is like a mini 5 star resort. The only thing missing is the spritzer person at the pool. We will be back! High end appliance in the large house were nice and seemed new. The smaller house may need a fridge upgrade at some point. Love the view and beach equipment."

"This was the cleanest vacation home we've stayed in! The house was perfect for 6 adults and one baby. Beautiful view of the bay where we saw dolphins every day along with pelicans, egrets, etc! Short walk to the beach. Having a pool on site was AWESOME as was the hot tub!"

"Great house, great location (dock in back, beach access across street) and nice pool. This is not a luxury rental so you can feel comfortable with kids stretching out and not being monitored constantly which is nice. Everything you need, close to bars/restaurants. I wish they let renters use kayaks, that was a bummer but all sorts of other beach equipment in good condition and accessible. Management is very responsive and no issues at all with check-in/check-out."

"Our group was three women ages 55 to 84 and a 20 month old toddler. Mostly a very positive experience, but it would have been nice to have sliding glass door blinds or draperies for privacy in the living room, as it faced the main house. Also there were a lot of loose cords and cables in the living room which were enticing to a toddler. Except for the stairs which were difficult for the 84 year old and toddler, we would definitely consider returning here."

"The house could’ve been amazing if the owners made a few improvements. Pool is not heated which makes it unusable, and it is constantly filled with leaves and other debris. Outdoor furniture rusted and/or in bad repair. We had many issues with appliances not working or breaking while we were there. Kitchen drawers and cabinets were filthy, had to wash everything before we used. Otherwise house was clean expect for lots of dog hair. House has nice furniture and comfortable beds. Treacherous...
