“This hotel feels dirty and not a great area of town. The nightly rate was as much as some 4/5 star hotels in Fort Myers. We won’t be back. ”

“Can someone explain to how 3-Star hotel runs out of toilet paper!!! You got to be kidding me. Who ever is in charge of managing your inventory should be fired!!! There is no reason that you can justify this happening. Staff had poor customer service. The room dispenser was out of lotion, came with only one roll of toilet paper, one set of clean towels, and only does room service every other day. Not daily. So the next day you have to call the front desk to let them know what you need for your……

“I think the photos of the motel were misleading. The attached bar was loud some nights. Cleaning service was spotty”

“Yes parking was good, the only issue we had in the bedroom was there was no heat. The week it was kinda cold. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.”

“The room was dirty. Very dirty! The bathroom looked as if it had never been cleaned. The toilet did not work. There were no towels. Staff was not helpful. The place was very loud with dogs barking in the middle of the night. Do not recommend unless you want to get tetanus.”

“Great place. Walking distance from a little parade of local craft stores and restaurants. Right on a secluded canal teeming with fish and bird life. Clean and perfect for what we needed. ”

“Phones in room were not working so I couldn't call the front desk. Our heater did not work. I had to walk to the front desk to complain because the phone did not work. They gave us a small space heater that did work fairly well to warm the room. ”
