“Can someone explain to how 3-Star hotel runs out of toilet paper!!! You got to be kidding me. Who ever is in charge of managing your inventory should be fired!!! There is no reason that you can justify this happening. Staff had poor customer service. The room dispenser was out of lotion, came with only one roll of toilet paper, one set of clean towels, and only does room service every other day. Not daily. So the next day you have to call the front desk to let them know what you need for your……

“We did not get the room we ordered because they were over booked. Our shower was dirty and toilet did not flush well. Buffett was way over priced and other food was terrible. Staff was okay but no one seemed excited about working there or went out of their way to help. ”
