Management was responsive with excellent communication. Never been to Loveland or Cincinnati before, now want to come again because the place was great and there is a lot to do!!"

"Hôtel was very nice, however due to maintenance issues throughout the hotel we had been moved into a room that did not meet our needs. In the end had to purchase additional rooms. However it was just how it was, no one's fault. I would stay there again! Lovely pool area and easy to get to!"
