The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was included which was nice. The breakfast itself was a buffet style where you had to book a time slot. This wasn't too bad and if you needed to change the time between days, they would try to acommodate it. My only complaint is that for a modern stay, they should have more amenities such as a hair tools. I purposely did a short weekend trip and thought they would provide hair tools since there was also an onsen but they only had hair dryers. Unfortunately the one I got worked but the handle was broken. Small things but they should have a few irons at reception for guests to borrow. It was so close to gora station, the onsen was great, we got a private room and it was so clean, nice and comfortable. we were celebrating our honeymoon and our room had a nice welcome gift and celebratory note, it was so so nice.
