I enjoyed my stay at this property. The gardens and feel down by the river are lovely, the food was very good. The spa is very expensive but our spa/massage ladies were great. I wasn't very impressed with our room. There was an issue with my expedia booking/confirmation stating I will receive a free massage. This didn't come through at their end but they honoured it regardless which we were thankful for. Overall despite enjoying our stay I feel the prices are too high compared to other places I've stayed in Ubud.

The villa itself is nice, they don’t have enough iron or ironing board to go around somehow they come pretend they did a full housekeeping on you villa just to take away the iron and ironing board, sometimes they state they provided whatever u needed and say it’s completed when not, which was annoying on repeat mode daily requesting towels, iron and ironing board. Staff are friendly, especially restaurant staff and security.
They need to upgrade the mattress and bedding sheets somehow constant itching, a little my update decor and furniture will help.

Die Anlage liegt fußläufig ca. 15 Minuten von quirligen Leben Ubuds entfernt und ist somit sehr schön ruhig in Reisterrassen eingebettet. Das Personal erfüllt so ziemlich jeden Wunsch und somit auch den Transfer nach Ubud per Scooter.
