Their service is extraordinary. Especially the staff in the restaurant. Even the trainees there are very friendly. They also provide very good breakfast. The only thing the hotel needs to improve is the quality of the bed linen and pillows. As a 5 star hotel, they shall use a higher thread linen. Even they provide pillow menu, the quality of the pillows are not up to a 5 star standard. Tip: 1) It's a Leading Hotel of the World group hotel.
