Room immaculately made up every day. Good supply of tea coffee ect.
Good fitness centre and pool although chlorine a bit strong.
Handy for bus to airport and Valletta. Walking distance to Gozo ferry. Paradise Dive Centre across the road offering try dives, guided dives and dive courses.

I booked Sea View Suite for 3 nights, next property to stay with excellent food.
Staff is very good!! I worldly preferred to stay again and enjoy the whole property.
Only one thing which was not comfortable for me is double sofa bed in living room which was not so comfort to sleep due to sinking mattress.

This hotel has probably the most friendly staff we have ever experienced yes there is a lot of building going on in the area but the staff and facilities outweigh that negative

The spa had no steam room. It only had a sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool. You have to pay extra for all other spa facilities that are advertised.
The room was crawling with ants and 1 big cockroach. The breakfast dining room had lots of flies. I saw a fly stuck to a fried egg during the breakfast buffet
The outdoor pool was nice to look at, but very cold.
The staff were helpful with information about where I can visit in Malta and they were helpful with carrying my lugage to the room when I arrived.

Location was fantastic ( especially for us as we were using the casino for a poker festival) . Staff were friendly and you can't really knock the hotel for value! It was a little tired in the room but like I said we got a great deal so I wouldn't complain over small things when your not paying a premium . My biggest issue was although there was a good selection on offer for breakfast no matter what time we went down the buffet always seemed to be warm at best and cold at others so we ended up having breakfast out. Having said that for pure value and location I would still stay again.
