Our rooms, connected 2 rooms, were very spacious. It's in front of busy street with lots of shops and restaurants yet inside the room was quiet. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. They arranged 3 tours for us and it saved our time, and we enjoyed all of them. Very friendly, professional staff. We had to leave early in the morning around 6am for our flight and they even prepared breakfast to go 😊 We would definitely stay again if we have chance to visit Hanoi.

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to many things, our room was beautiful large and spacious. The staff were amazing, very helpful and welcoming. They were kind enough to store our luggage while we went up to Halong Bay for our overnight cruise so we didn’t have to take everything with us. Highly recommended this hotel and would stay there again.

The property was tucked away in a perfect location in Hanoi Old Quarter. After a 20 hr flight from Canada we arrived to a spacious, quiet suite with a very comfortable bed and ‘the best’ pillows!
We found most, if not all, sights we wanted to see were in walking distance or a trip on the Hop On/Off bus took us there. As the street traffic (for walking in the evening) can be a bit overwhelming (but safe) we dined exclusively at the restaurant that adjoined the hotel. The buffet breakfast was also served here. All food offerings were very good and table service was top-notch. We highly recommend staying at DeSyloia when you visit Hanoi

Kind staff, great location, however things are a little run down. Breakfast buffet wasn’t nice either, better off going out. They offered lots of services as well, but were all priced at double what you could get outside of the hotel. We booked a King bed, but found it was just 2 x double beds put together, so had that ridge in the middle of the bed. Didn’t matter overall, though, as the bed was so huge

The hotel is located at the heart of the Old Quarter, ideally situated for easy access to major sights and great restaurants, either by walking or using Grab.
Our room was clean, spacious and remarkably quiet at night. Breakfast selection was quite decent.
The staff at the hotel truly made our stay exceptional. Ms. Annie at the reception deserves a special mention; her English was impeccable, and she went above and beyond with her helpful recommendations and seamless arrangements for our day trip to Ninh Binh (more on that below). Mr. Henry consistently greeted with a friendly smile, opened doors for us and was always on hand to assist whenever needed.
Mr. Truc was our private driver for our journey to Ninh Binh. He was very professional, drove with utmost care even in heavy rain, which gave us complete peace of mind. His suggestion for a sightseeing route worked out perfectly, allowing us to maximize our time and experience the beauty of Ninh Binh. Please consider adding this to your itinerary if you have time!
