This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time i had no complaints but this time there were a few things wrong with our room. For one, the hot tub never worked, it didn’t drain meaning we couldn’t clean out all of the bugs in order to fill it up and use it. The shower had some hair in it from the last guest. And the tablet for room service never worked which we brought up with the hotel but it was never resolved. We loved that amount of things to do at this hotel and all the pools and beaches were amazing. Staff was awesome. The food was a hit or miss for me, the steak restaurant was good and the hibachi was good as well. The buffet i would give a 3/5. Overall, i would stay again but im definitely a little disappointed in the room condition and food.

En general bien, la comida y diferentes restaurantes muy buenos. A partir de las 16 hs no hay comida en la zona de la playa.
Me dieron una habitación con mucho olor a humedad y no estaba en condiciones el baño. Recién la tercera habitación que nos dieron fue aceptable. Mal momento pasé.
El hotel estaba lleno pero siempre había lugar en los restaurantes y reposeras tanto en la playa y en la pileta.
Todo bien menos las habitaciones. Falta remodelar, olor a humedad insoportable.
