Super friendly staff, cater to your family needs. They pools were amazing for my 2 girls (6 and 8 year olds). As the pool staff were super nice and helpful. The lifeguards were amazing and great keeping all the kids safe. Amazing place to stay at. They even had a Magic show for the kids.

4 year old had fun playing on the sand, making s’mores in the rooms fire pit, renting bikes in front of resort.
The pool isn’t big but it wasn’t overly crowded.
Definitely a family friendly place to stay.

This place is superb. This is our third stay here in the past 7 months. All of the staff are great. Jake at the front desk is top notch, Lily and Mirabel at the restaurant are superb. Incredible service here. We will be back soon. It really is a wonderful place to stay.

I have stayed at the Welk before, & enjoyed myself...But this trip, there were a couple of incidents that made it less than perfect. A member of my party wanted to use the grill located about 20 feet away from my villa. I had called 3 times(twice 1 day & once the next)to the Maintenance department for that grill to be cleaned.
It was never cleaned!! But a Welk rep did come out to take a picture, why? I have no clue. On one of the times I'd called, the rep said there was a miscommunication because there was a report that someone was using the grill. This caused my party to completely change our dinner menu!
Perhaps with the Summer season fast approaching, it will be wise to have a system in place that creates a ticket for each request, then make sure to follow up with the guest!!
Don't make assumptions!!!
Also, the sliding Screen door from the living room onto the balcony should be checked/ oiled. The screen was EXTREMELY difficult to open and close!
Again...these two hiccups made our trip less than what I came to expect from the Welk.
