This was so great place to stay! I traveled t different countries and never seen hospitality like Turks! I
We stayed for 2 weeks but we didn’t want to go back home yet so we extended 2 more weeks so total of 1 months! Starting from resepsiyon people, restaurants waiters to the beaches bar workers were so friendly, smiling faces and professional!
I have 2 more weeks more to stay and I am afraid that I might extended my stay longer! I could write an article for this beautiful place and talk about it more! The breakfast unbelievable! Food fresh and delicious!
We will be back for sure again to the The Marmara of Antalya again!

This is a beautiful property perched on the ridge overlooking the sea. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, during our stay, the main pool was closed and being resurfaced. The property therefore was not as advertised. I would think this warrants some kind of a discount. Moreover, the beach is beyond walking distance, and the shuttle only travels once per hour. Lastly, the restaurant had very mediocre food and was far inferior to any other meal we had during our stay in Bodrum. I hate leaving bad reviews because I know the hotel and their staff are trying. However, I chose this hotel because of its good reviews and think other others deserve to know this property’s shortcomings.

The Salmakis Resort & Spa was an enticing place but little things meant that it didn't deserve its 5 star rating. The WiFi did not work in the hotel room, only in the restaurant and reception areas, which was very frustrating and inconvenient. When we arrived there was one area through which everyone had to walk to access other areas of the hotel, which had a large pallet loaded with what seemed to be large boxes of machinery. Over our stay this pallet was gradually unloaded but the boxes were just moved to corridors outside the hotel rooms on various levels. There was evidence of damage to some of the mosaics set into walkways and repairs were needed to the steps from our room down to the pool area. In my hotel room, there was no plug for the bathroom basin, meaning to shave it was necessary to keep running the water - a waste of resources. There was no toilet roll holder beside the toilet, just a couple of toilet rolls sitting on a shelf beneath the hand basin. The beach towels were obviously quite old as many of them were frayed at the edges. In all, whilst we enjoyed our stay there it definitely was not worth a 5 star rating.

We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation at Lara Barut Collection, which we booked through Expedia. The entire experience was flawless from start to finish.
The hotel is packed with fantastic amenities. Our 10-month-old baby had a great time thanks to the excellent baby food options and dedicated play areas.
The pools, aqua park, and beautiful beach kept us entertained throughout the day.
The food was incredibly delicious, and we especially loved that there were many free à la carte restaurant options to choose from. In the evenings, the bars, lively atmosphere, and high-quality live music/activities made our nights unforgettable.
On top of everything, our room was spotless and very clean. We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a stress-free, fun, and high-quality holiday. the team is incredibly respectful, and the service is exceptionally fast.
The hotel features one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Antalya, and the massage services were absolutely exceptional—highly recommended for ultimate relaxation!
We first came to Lara Barut Collection five years ago for our honeymoon, and returning this time with our family and 10-month-old baby was a dream come true. We stayed in a Family Suite, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable for all of us.

This is a large resort with pretty much anything you can ask for.
There is a buffet with tasty food of all sorts, and so many delicious desserts.
There are several water slides for children of all ages, numerous swimming pools, and direct access to the beach.
The staff is cheerful and attentive. They kept the property clean and made us feel welcome.
In the evening there is professional entertainment. We watched an amazing acrobacy show and a fabulous dance show. There was also live music in the indoor bar.
We had a fantastic suite with sea view, overlooking the resort. The rooms were very spacious, and they were cleaned daily.
Highly recommended for families with children.
We had a perfect holiday here, and would love to come back.
