Sandri Island Beach Vacations

Great Hotel with lovely staff everywhere but shout out to the wonderful staff in the Restaurant. Breakfast was so good that my children and I enjoyed every bit of the food we had during our two weeks stay in the Hotel. The hotel’s amenities are topnotch and that includes the internet service, free gym, a spa, a rooftop swimming pool with seating places and the telly in the room had lots of interesting channels on it with a few free subscription channels (HBO Max, SportsTv, etc) to watch as well. Our room was spotlessly clean when we checked in and it remained very clean all throughout our stay thanks to lovely Luciana the Room Attendant and a couple of others. I am rating the location of the Hotel as brilliant as it’s got so much going on around it. There are countless restaurants nearby, every shop one can think of, supermarkets, tourist attractions and to top it all, it’s less than a 10 minute walk away from the vibrant Copacabana Beach. Ipanema Beach is also a short drive or about 20-30 minutes walk from the Hotel. I believe the Hotel has recently been renovated so it looks so beautiful. I would definitely recommend Americas Benidorm Hotel to anyone because it is praiseworthy.

Unfortunately, the people in the room next to us had a dog. They left the dog in the room all day, and it barked loudly and incessantly. It is very selfish of guests to impose their unhappy dog on others. The hotel should have better rules regarding pets.

Staying at Insólito was an unforgettable experience. The property offers absolutely stunning views — waking up to the serene beauty of Praia de Ferradura is something special. The location itself is perfect: quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxation, and just a quick 5‑minute Uber ride into town. The staff truly elevate the stay. Everyone was warm and attentive, and a special mention goes to Tiago at the restaurant and Rodrigo who made the best coffee in the morning. This hotel is the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Highly recommended .

Unfortunately, the people in the room next to us had a dog. They left the dog in the room all day, and it barked loudly and incessantly. It is very selfish of guests to impose their unhappy dog on others. The hotel should have better rules regarding pets.

I would have given this property with a 4.5 stars, unfortunately, it’s not an option. Pros: - Check in was smooth, the frontdesk lady was absolutely helpful. She presented everything with clarity and efficiency. She also handed me my VIP access perks which is commendable. In other hotels, it’s either they’re unaware or I needed to remind them of such perks. - Breakfast was a delight and the reception lady was nice and accommodating. - The hotel presentation looks good and the interiors smelled clean. Cons: - One frontdesk personnel

Most hotel staff were excellent but some let the others down. Hotel has 2 restaurants casual and formal. Both nice and suit the occassion. Copacabana area is dirty, tired and you need to be super careful. We were advised this at check in.
