Clean rooms, helpful concierge with nice bar

The hotel was very walkable to the public transportation and their downtown. The staff were amazing and very welcoming. I booked the room with the jacuzzi which was a nice plus after walking around town all day. The AC in the room worked great, would definitely stay here again!

One of the best hotels my wife and I have ever stayed at. The stay was amazing, the food was out of this world and the views were to die for.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the location was excellent—very convenient for exploring the area. There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. The shower drain in one of the rooms was not draining properly, and the air conditioning in another room was not working as well as expected. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness, spacious rooms, and excellent location and helpful staffs.

One of the best hotels my wife and I have ever stayed at. The stay was amazing, the food was out of this world and the views were to die for.

Another amazing stay in Amalfi and our second at Hotel Miramalfi. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Upon checking in they updated our room to a stunning Suite with two bathrooms and a living room area. The on-site dining options are amazing. We really enjoyed the Azur Lounge and apertivo hour at the Mario Lobby Bar. Donna Emma had a delicious complimentary breakfast each morning. Highlights were the spectacular cliffside beach club & pool, made even more perfect by the incredible staff. They went completely above and beyond to anticipate our every need, ensuring we had the best sunbeds, fresh towels, and seamless service all day long. The hotel offered convenient shuttles into town, and the flawless care from the entire team made our trip unforgettable. We cannot wait for our next trip and return to this piece of paradise!

I was disappointed with the luggage assistance. The property has around 80 stairs, and traveling with luggage made this quite difficult. I asked for help with my luggage and carry-on, but I was told I would need to pay €20 for the assistance. This additional charge was not clearly mentioned in the booking information. What disappointed me even more was the lack of customer service when I asked for help. The lady at reception was not friendly or willing to help find any solution. In the end, I had to carry my luggage and carry-on up and down all the stairs myself. I understand that additional services may have a fee, but I would have expected the luggage assistance and its cost to be clearly communicated before booking. Overall, I was disappointed with how this situation was handled.
