Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité pour visiter Helsinki. L'endroit était accueillant, tranquille et propre. La cuisine était bien équipée et les indications claires. Les réponses ont été obtenues rapidement lorsque nous avons eu des questionnements pour activer le laveuse.

The hotel kept cancelling our reservation. We had to contact them every day to get a new check in code. The last day they canceled our reservation altogether. We had to deal with AI to make contact. Then they would forward a new code. However my phone was low on battery and if I could not contact them we would be locked out with our luggage still inside. Our aircon had a blocked drain and leaked onto the floor. I had to turn off the power. I would never recommend this cost saving way the company adopted. I could have booked accommodation with a physical person to deal with in reception for the same price. I would then have someone to help with our problems.

Could not open the windows. The room was very hot even with the cooler and a big metal fan running all the time. The consept of the hotel is nice, but the heated room ruined the sleep.

I thought it had a good sense of being a home away from home. Very comfortable and stylish modern decor. We were only there for a day, so nothing particularly stood out as something we disliked.

It was very conveniently located and comfortable.

The service offered by the staff was outstanding. Food at the restaurant and breakfast was excellent. Room is very spacious. Sauna is very good.

We loved everything abut this hotel and if we ever go back to Helsinki, would definitely stay here. Room was spacious and comfortable, with a desk and two sitting chairs with a table. Nicely furnished. Bathroom and shower were great. Bed and pillows super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plenty varied and delicious and the staff were super nice. The location is excellent!!!

Both check and check out were poor. There weren't enough staff at busy times and those working seemed oblivious to the growing queue. Also the bar closed at 9.30pm (in an international hotel). As a regular visitor to Helsinki I had been waiting for the RBR to reopen. Quite frankly it's difficult to see what the money has been spent on.

Just giving average all around as we did not like the property. There was no handicapped parking and no convenient parking at all. Our room was in a converted treatment facility and it was kinda creepy.
