The hotel did not have all the modern ‘bells and whistles’, what it did have was a calm, elegant quintessential and colonial charm. I would take this hotel any day of the week over the modern mega hotels in the surrounding area. A perfect location for a gentle stroll into the town with its many bars and bistro. To top it off, they have a bar that has 2 full size snooker tables in great condition (cues and chalk aplenty). Staff are polite and unobtrusive. If you like peace and quiet this hotel is for you. The 2 pools are great and sizeable and can be used all year round. The breakfast included was very good with a wide selection of cooked and continental with great coffee.

The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality. The outside pool was lovely as well as indoor spa. Not hot but refreshing.

Locational is phenomenal, rooms are great for what they are. Check in was a little rough, no on sent us a code to get into the building and the door was locked, so we had to get a local from a shop to call the number on the door for someone to let us in.
They clean the room and make the beds everyday, staff is very friendly. Highly recommend staying here!
