Staff was the highlight, extremely helpful and attentive. They had great recommendations about where to eat and what to do. The pool unfortunately was closed for remodeling BUT the rooftop pool at their sister property was amazing. My room's A/C was not working at first but staff took care of it immediately, without hesitation.

This is one of my favorite places to stay. It is so romantic and beautiful. It’s everything you can imagine tucked away in the jungle and pure privacy and the staff is so wonderful.
