No hot water in afternoon as they were cleaning the tanks.

Had an amazing stay at Casa Cupula with my husband in January 2026. The whole place was beautiful, well maintained and interesting to explore. We stayed on the garden level and loved the access to lower-level pool. Staff was all great and attentive, including at the pool club (which hotel guests have free access to). Didn’t want to leave :( Will definitely return again!

The staff was very profession, friendly, and attentive to detail. The view from the room was exceptional.

Our impeccably maintained room—with its comfortable bed and crisp, fine linens—was perfect for recharging before heading a few feet to the dining room for a leisurely breakfast, featuring perhaps the best eggs Benedict we’ve ever tasted. And though that’s saying a lot, Luis’s burrata, asparagus, and short ribs one evening deserve equal praise. Throughout our stay, the front desk team was consistently gracious, responsive, and generous with their local recommendations. If I were to list reasons to return to Guadalajara, Villa Ganz would be right at the top. Viva VG!

What a fantastic find! Super close to everything- the beach, restaurants, nightlife. Lovely to be able to walk everywhere. Very safe and clean. The mountain view in the morning with the hammock on the deck was perfect. I will stay here again. Special shout out to Alfonso and Marlene for their kindness:-)
