Had an amazing stay at Casa Cupula with my husband in January 2026\. The whole place was beautiful, well maintained and interesting to explore. We stayed on the garden level and loved the access to lower-level pool. Staff was all great and attentive, including at the pool club (which hotel guests have free access to). Didn’t want to leave :( Will definitely return again!

We had an excellent four night stay at Cantera Diez Hotel Boutique and would absolutely return. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely professional and welcoming. They even allowed us to check in early after a red eye flight, which made a huge difference since we had not slept. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and housekeeping and room service were consistently excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you to Tina at the bar. She was truly friendly, professional, and a pleasure to talk with. Pedro, our server at the restaurant, was also very kind and attentive. Both Tina and Pedro went out of their way to help us navigate the city during special events, which we really appreciated. Armando, the security guard, was also wonderful and made us feel safe and taken care of. Overall, this hotel delivered a clean, relaxing, and well run experience with service that genuinely stands out. We hope to come back and stay again soon. Highly Recommend!! Brought my boyfriend for his 60th birthday. We had already visited the Westin in November last year and were very pleased. I asked for and paid for a higher floor room with ocean view for his 60th birthday. We had already visited the Westin in November last year and we’re very pleased. I asked for and paid for a higher floor room with ocean view. I was in room 916\. The ocean view was obstructed by the building right next to us and a big wall. Boyfriend was also disappointed that the breakfast buffet was closed as well as the beach bar. We will give it one more chance in May and see if it’s any better when it turns into an all-inclusive property the staff were excellent very very nice room very very clean Lorena our housekeeper was excellent and very nice pool was clean. The property is beautiful.
