Playa Los Arcos Hotel Beach Resort & Spa

Hotel Antré Chapultepec
10/10 Excellent
"This was a lovely hotel amidst a bustling urban area with a lot of restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance. From the outside, it blends in with its surroundings and is unassuming, but once you step in, it feels like an upscale hotel. When we arrived to the hotel & also when we left, the bus-boys helped us with our luggage. Check-in was easy. I think the English the staff spoke was limited, but the person helping us at the counter knew enough to get the message across of where we had to go. We had an issue with our room though, as they checked us into a room that was already occupied (we walked in to an open luggage and luckily no one inside). The front desk quickly helped us resolve this and we got a slightly bigger room in turn. I also had a mishap with the shower the first night, where the drain cover wasn't completely off, so had some flooding, but I was able to ask for help in my broken Spanish. Someone came to help with a mop and bucket. The only slight issue was with cleanliness, as there were some marks on our comforter, which neither me or my partner made, as it was there when we arrived back from a long day out. I was so exhausted tho, and the bed was huge (California King) that it didn't bother me too much as it was on the edge of the bed. Overall, the hotel was nice, the room we got was spacious, modern, comfy, & I'll miss that bed! I wish the room had a fridge tho. I also wish I was able to try the room service. Maybe next time, as I'd book again!"
Occidental Nuevo Vallarta - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay there."
Hard Rock Hotel Guadalajara
10/10 Excellent
"Staff was courteous and professional"
Hotel Tropicana - Near Olas Altas Street
8/10 Good
"We only stayed one night in Puerto Vallarta before heading to Nuevo Vallarta. The Tropicana was nice, we booked a superior room withe pool view but to our surprise was also a partial ocean view. We did not use the pool since it was raining that evening. We look forward to staying there again for a longer stay in the future since we loved how close the hotel is to the ocean."
Barceló Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"It was a really beautiful resort in a really beautiful area. I think it lacks information on restaurants and entertainment. I found as a foreigner it was better accustomed to the locals. Which is nice to see but I have been at far cheaper resorts with much better entertainment."
Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive & Spa

Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel & Mexican Charm - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"When we first got there, we had asked to switch rooms because the room we got was extremely small, and there were multiple things falling apart with the room. Once we upgraded our room, the room was perfect. It had enough space and seemed to be a more updated room. The staff was incredible and so nice and helpful throughout the hotel however, the check in staff weren’t very friendly (except for Laura). Overall we had a great stay"
