Star Inn Biloxi was an older hotel, but it was very clean. When I entered the lobby, I noticed it smelled freshly cleaned with disinfectant, which made a good impression. I have had several issues with other hotels in this area trying to charge an extra fee for my service dog, but that was not a problem here. They did charge a refundable $20 fee, and we had no trouble getting it back at checkout. Pros: The hotel was very clean, the lobby smelled freshly disinfected, staff did not create issues over my service dog, the refundable $20 fee was returned without trouble, and the hotel is a good affordable option. Cons: The hotel is older and may not be the type of place some travelers would normally choose.
