Gulf Coast Pet-friendly Vacations

We went on a Saturday. The pool was very cloudy, so we did not use it and the stair cases leading down to the pool were covered in bird poop. The rooms were updated, but the bathrooms were still very dated. We also did not have hot water in the shower. When I told the front desk about the lack of hot water, they didn’t apologize or offer any concessions. It was as if they deal with this issue all the time and it’s not a big deal to them.

I arrived at 9:30pm on Friday August 14th and no one was in the office until 10:20pm then when i checked in I got asked for a 20 dollar cash deposit knowing I already had paid through Expedia then the room it self was awful the room smelt like weed and cigarette smoke also the floor was filthy and the tub was nasty you see the cigarette butts in printed into the tub the shower head was filthy along with the toilet being nasty also the ac in the room wasn’t cooling the room down at all. When you lay down in the bed the bed makes to much noise it sounds like it was going to break. The bedding was horrible cigarette burns in the blankets I would not recommend on staying there. The whole entire property was horrible.
