Gulf Coast Beach Vacations

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed with several things during our stay. The rooms are not cleaned daily, and our towels and bed sheets were not changed for three days. My biggest concern was the lack of security around the pool area. There were intoxicated people entering the pool in their underwear, and there was no security staff around to intervene. It also seems that the hotel sells day passes for pool access, which may be contributing to this situation. I was staying with my young children, and we felt very uncomfortable and, at times, unsafe. Another downside is that there is basically nowhere to get food at the hotel in the evening. Although the location is good and the staff were kind, because of these issues, especially the lack of security and cleanliness, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Everything was wonderful, except I would say the prices for food and drinks were so outrageous. Other than that, the beach and pool were amazing. The room was great, and the view was even better. We had a balcony room, and it was just gorgeous to see the sunrise and have the peaceful sound of the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything.
