We arrived at 4:20pm and our room still wasn’t ready. When we got to our room at 6pm there was no extra bed which we’d paid for. We had a package including canapés and cocktails 4:30-6. We ordered right on 4:30 but it took half an hour for any food or drink to come. Canapés were one miniature chicken wing and a dollop of dip with a few vegetable sticks each. "Amazing honeymoon stay at Lombok Lodge for 7 nights! Staff could not have been more helpful and location and room were just amazing! Sublime cuisine all week by Chef Jiwa and his team. Great day trip to Gili Meno organised by the hotel and incredible massage! A piece of paradise in a lovely part of Lombok! Would definitely recommend to anyone. "

"The villa is on the hill with stunning view of sunset of Lovina beach. It is worth to the 15 minutes uphill drive from the Main Street. The maids are helpful. It is worth to add extra to have complete breakfast, laundry, and dinner. Would be happy to stay again."
