Great service and great food and beautiful rooms!

Everything was wonderful. Our room was great, the staff at the pool were friendly. My only complaint is when we checked out and received our bill, there were several extra charges that we did not have and I Had to call several times to get them to correct our bill. We took things from the mini bar. For example, the wine was $35, and we were charged $45. They said there was a $7 tax fee and a $3 restock fee. We were also charged for a charger we never asked for. By far the BEST experience! Arriving the valet guy (even tho I wasn't using it) offered help, as I entered the amazingly cozy, authentic looking lobby with my dog the desk person brought bottled waters for us pouring water in a bowl and offeringtwo doggy bones for her also. Check in was smooth! Everything explained (location of things etc) AND although a few hours early for check in I was given access to my room and given one right next to the doggy area to make access easy for us. Amazing is the only word that I can use to describe my experience. The staff, facilities, spa, food...EVERYTHING! I would recommend this resort to anyone...singles, couples and/or families with children. I just cannot say enough.

Incredible service , beautiful room, fabulous food. We did not have time to golf but would love to come back. The only exception was the remodel that is currently happening the garden pool is lovely put a bit far from your room.

Excellent service from the time of airport pickup to airport drop off. Included breakfast & dinner.

We stayed one night at this Drury Inn in Tempe with our son and had a room with two queen beds. Everything was clean and in good condition. We enjoyed the free dinner-tacos, in the lobby and got our 3 free drinks. The bartender was friendly and efficient. My son and husband enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It looked like the hotel had been renovated since we stayed here 2 years ago. The breakfast in the morning was great with eggs, sausage, pancakes, potatoes, breads, fruit, oatmeal, etc. Plenty to...

Excellent facility, great complimentary breakfast and friendly people. Not sure about Hotels.com's low price guarantee and who it benefits, my hotel receipt for the 1 night stay was $171.27 but Hotel.com charged my credit card $201.50

This hotel is amazing! In the evening they had a snack bar of Pasta Parmigiano, Grilled Chicken strips, mixed vegetables, baked potatoes, and other snacks. It was wonderful! Our room was comfortable. QUIET! Employees nice and helpful. We stayed here 3 years ago; it was great then and that is why we came back tonight.

Front desk staff is so friendly!! Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond! Housekeepers are so friendly! Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and hot fresh coffee was awesome! Will definitely stay again! Thank you!!
