Weekend getaways in Harrison

We have stayed here at least 20 times. If your going for a red bull arena event there's no doubt this is the best option. Very nice rooms with a kitchen. Always clean and very responsive with any requests. The staff are professional consistent helpful friendly and do whatever they can to go the extra mile. My teenage grandson and I shared the room It was simple and small and just what we needed. I enjoyed connecting with other travelers and returning to this charming neighborhood every night after a big day of exploring New York City.

I'm a regular at Pod 39 when I come to NYC by myself. It's very minimalist and if I was planning to spend more time in my room, I'd go elsewhere, but exactly what I need when I'm in the city to see shows and check out some exhibitions. Always clean and my room is always ready when I arrive (which has not been my experience at other NYC hotels).

Great location and facility

Very new interior. A good deal compared with other hotels in the area. Nice midtown location. Nearby subway and bus. Nice little cafe inside hotel (and bar in late afternoon and evening. Rooms while not large are big enough and larger than many hotels.

We are here a couple times a month for almost two years now , the staff is the main reason , property is great , neighborhood is great .

We were impressed with how nice the hotel was for the money. The staff was very polite and welcoming. For NYC, the rooms were decent size. Nice new tv with smart functions so you can either watch directv or sign into your preferred streaming service. We had city view rooms with a nice park view. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the closest metro stop but this is a minor quibble. The excellent Uncle Lou is across the street and a must visit for Chinese food fans. Would stay here again.

Clean and great staff

The only problem I had was the staff complained when I brought Dunkin Donuts coffee from across the street into the lobby. I’m sorry but when I’m spending $4,000 for a trip I feel like I can get my coffee from anywhere I please They kept saying no outside food or drink

Great location! Great restaurants nearby! Comfortable beds. It would have been nice though if a little birthday card or something was put in my room! Other than that you cannot go wrong staying here and I’m planning to again!
