Great stay w/ friendly staff

We love staying at Home2 Suites. The rooms are clean and spacious; my (adult) child has a significant food allergy, so the convenience of washable dishes (and dishwasher), full-sized refrigerator, and microwave are well worth paying a little extra. The gym and indoor pool are also nice features (that we did not partake of, haha!) We also really like the hot chocolate bar and the afternoon cookies! This Home2 Suites is paired with a Hampton Inn so it has a standard Hampton Inn free...

Without a doubt, this is a amazing hotel, we felt like the staff was welcoming their family. I honestly couldn't think of anything that wasn't fine. Location is convenient to Duke Hospital, short drive, but is a world away from the crazy traffic around the hospital. I am so glad I decided on this hotel.

The hotel is close to everything you need: food, attractions, shopping, airport! Highly recommended !

From the moment I walked in the door the staff was friendly & inviting. It was a busy weekend and the entire staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms are big and clean. Very very good experience!

Definitely enjoyed our stay! Much nicer than expected. Stayed only one night, the DPAC and many restaurants were very close. Great breakfast as wrll! I would definitely recommend!

This boutique property is located in the historic tobacco district of Durham, NC and is attached to the Durham Performing Arts Center, where we were attending a concert upon their re-opening night. With plenty of restaurants within walking distance and parking adjacent to the hotel, this is the perfect spot to park your car for the day and get your steps in. The hotel itself is clean, quiet and modern with perfect amenities for a nights stay, including a small pool and gym, a nice bar area...

Really enjoyed this property. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained. The breakfast options were fabulous - would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, very clean, and reasonably priced. Staff was just okay.

We managed to arrive at the Marriott RTP just before the Great Blizzard of January 22, 2016. The hotel was jammed with our 75 retirement party guests and refugees from the snow/ice storm. Even with the extra pressure, every staff member we encountered was amazingly competent, friendly, and helpful. Many of the staff had to stay overnight in the hotel for two nights because of the weather, but everyone on staff was still smiling and helping us after a very hard couple of days. The chief...

My husband had eye surgery the morning we had to check in. We went to the University Inn hours before check in to pay for our room; which we realized would not be ready. But the wonderful woman at the front desk said she would call us when the room was ready; and she did! It was a relief for my husband to get in the room and rest after his procedure. That was going above and beyond!

Terrific facility... the could use one more elevator but beyond that perfect.

Lots of space for my family of 5. We only stayed one night but could have stayed longer. Loved the walk in closet, separate toilet room from shower. There was also an indoor pool which my boys enjoyed. Check in was easy and the lady who checked us in was so wonderful and helpful, I wish I remembered her name but I think it started with an S. Thank you for a great stay!

Clean, spacious suite that made our stay really enjoyable. All of the staff we encountered were gracious, truly helpful, and very friendly. The property was nicely maintained and the common areas were beautifully furnished. Will definitely stay there again!

We were given a room that was occupied and immediately returned to the front desk. The response should have been, "I'm so sorry, let me take care of that" or "sorry for the inconvenience", but instead, the room was called to verify that it was occupied. It was late at night, we were tired, and the last thing we needed to do was to walk back to the front desk! Do better, please.
