The staff was friendly, helpful, and caring! While i was enjoying my breakfast in the designated area, I heard an older gentleman talking with the front desk person about not understanding how to use the phone to dial out. after a few suggestions, the front deskman politely offered to help the older gentleman place his call with him! The staff were soooo nice! Super accommodating. The hotel was very clean and smelled really good. Rooms were nice, drinks were good. Will definitely be back.

Great hotel - Very close to airport but did not hear planes at any time. Extremely clean and comfortable.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Apartment sized refrigerator/freezer had plenty of room. The hot breakfast was amazing. Only an easy 5 minute walk to the Mall of America and the train station. My only complaint was that I had to fly out too early on my last day that I had to smell the delicious breakfast cooking, but had to leave before I could enjoy it.

Very nice room. Clean hotel. Great location…can use the skyway to access Target Center and Target Field without going outside. Hotel is secure. Staff helpful. Uber/taxi transportation is limited and expensive. Light rail was just a few blocks away, it was easy to use, but was not safe.

If you are doing an event at the Xcel, you cannot get a better place. Valet parking, nice rooms with a view and walking distance to any cuisine or beverages you would like to try as well as basically across the street from the event center.

Very clean and quiet. Staff was great. The food at the breakfast cafe and restaurant were absolutely amazing - was not expecting hotel food to be that good!
