This place is very beautiful. We went here during the first week of September.

Great property and staff is very communicative! Easy to check-in/check-out. We were late to check in and had an issue with the lock accessing our keys. We could reach out to them easily, and staff was there to help in 5-7mins. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a group stay.

Had a great time staying at Sierra Inn during a fishing trip. The rooms are renovated and everything was clean and working well. It's been very quiet and peaceful during the night and you can hear the river flowing outside. Behind the motel there's a beautiful patio area with grill and picnic tables right by the river which we gladly used during our stay. Would stay here next time I'm around the area.

The room was spic N span! The staff was so helpful, courteous and accommodating. Due to no air conditioning & opening the window, the ceiling fan was just not enough for cooling. I would recommend making the wall unit a duel combo making it AC & Heat. This is a family owned lodge, and yes it feels like home, the owner is always helpful and friendly and run the business with hearts and effort! Visited there last weekend! During the winter storm, wow it's been a long time since last time I saw this much snow, so fun, but almost got stuck in Tahoe LOL, 50/88/80 were all closed and waited 3 hour to get out. Location, location, location! Right on the beach. Literally. Sweeping views of Lake Tahoe. Outdoor amenities include picnic tables, barbecues, beach volleyball, fire pit and swimming pool. We loved staying here! Unfortunately we had a last minute change to our stay but Dana was able to accommodate us and made sure we were taken care of. The room was spacious and we appreciated the tea and coffee service. Super comfortable bed after a long road trip. Very convenient to the Whole Foods and area restaurants. Incredibly quiet room. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved that the property was within walking distance to literally everything! We walked to the state line for the events attended. The Inn was clean and didn’t have any strong smells like chemicals cleaners or even an old musty smell. I don’t care where I stay so long as the room and bed I sleep in is clean! From our greeting at the door to warm goodbye at the end of our stay, Linda and Johan made our stay sensational. We experienced all the things that you would expect at a great B&B (comfy bed, tourist info, clean bathroom, etc). Our stay at this hotel was nice. Clean facility and hotel room. Beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast bar was good with a nice variety. The hot tub and pool looked inviting, altho’ we didn’t use it. I would advise to book on top floor, to not get “walking noise” from others and not to book near hot tub/pool area, due to noise.

I booked the room based on the photos I saw -- and my room exceeded even those expectations. The room itself was much larger than I expected. Again, upgraded -- flat screen TV, electric fireplace that kept me warm throughout the cold night, King bed with soft sheets, soft blanket, beautiful coverlet, large soft pillows.
