Loved everything about our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful as were their two security/doormen. Hotel was nice, room was clean and spacious for our family of 6, beds were very comfortable, and it was located in a very good location. Subway and restaurants were within walking distance, area is busy day and night but we slept without any disturbances. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay here!

Great location by Grove street PATH station and Jersey city pedestrian mall. Hotel was clean, well-maintained and always had lots going on in the extensive lobby/ common area. This hotel is our new favorite Jersey City hotel.

For the price, everything that you get with a stay here is amazing. Only a block from the train into new york which is only a 25 minute ride for $2.75, free breakfast, a full kitchen, absolutely an unbeatable property. I will be staying here every time I visit the city.

This was a perfect, quiet location just outside of New York City, with a quick, cheap ride on the Exchange station PATH or the Paulus Hook ferry to get across to Manhattan. We were able to get all the “city” time we wanted and needed, with quick access to the subway, while also being able to relax in our space at the Hyatt. Lovely views for breakfast and at the rooftop restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay! Room was clean and quiet.

Location was great, the place was great! My key box pin number I was given did not work but luckily the front desk person was still there and was able to give me a spare key to use. MInor hiccup but still would stay there again!

This hotel is centrally located in a very walkable city. It was between the two PATH stations with trains into NYC. The views were lovely and it is also close to the Hudson River Walkway.
Some rooms overlook the Lite Rail trains, so they are noisier.

The staff was amazing and the property was perfect for our family of five adults. The only negative is the journey to get to the city. We had a member of our group that could not walk easily so we had to take an Uber every day to the Path station to get to the city. The area also just didn’t seem safe to walk around- more industrial. Next time we will stay closer to the Path station in Newport.

Everything was great except the parking policy. They should have explained that you get charged the full price every time you take your car out of the lot. Even it it's less than an hour.
