Last-minute hotel deals in Edgewater

So much to love about this place! This was our first trip to see NYC and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay just outside of the city. Take the NJ 158 bus right on in to Times Square. Take the same bus back and drops off right in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and a great option for families with a separate living area that includes a full size fridge and kitchen area. Very clean hotel. The rooms with water view have a great view of the NYC skyline and the Hudson river. There is a paved walkway along the waterfront that is handicapped accessible right next to the hotel. The hotel is walkable to a few restaurants and grocery stores. The breakfast is limited, but available daily. Coffee available 24 hours. I would stay there again.

Convenient location; pleasant staff. Confused about cost of breakfast. Thought it was included, but was charged a large amount for the meals.

Clean and great staff

Hotel was conveniently located in midtown manhattan and close to many attractions. It was also close to a subway station which was great for our first time navigating the subway. Close to many food options as well

I was on the sixth floor and the room was extremely quiet, unusual for New York, rather spacious and yet on this particular night, relatively inexpensive for such a perfect location in New York. Don’t miss the Red Farm restaurant around the corner… worth trying even if a bit noisy. My main criticism of the hotel is actually the coffee bar and pastries for breakfast, which are too sweet and caloric for me, and limited to drip coffee if you want to use their free breakfast card. I really enjoyed my stay. If you're looking for a quiet place - this is not it, though. You can hear the street noise. It's New York, after all. Just mentioning this as I noticed it, but quickly got used to it. The location is great. Near subways, restaurants, Broadway. Almost everything is walking distance away. The room is good and a welcome respite from the busy-ness of the city, but we didn't spend much time in it, because there is just way too much to see and do and too little time.

Travel to NY often. The Arlo always is a great stay. Clean, smells amazing, good vibes, friendly/stylish staff, great decor, reasonably priced. Just do it. Stay here. Perfect for solo travel.
