The hotel is very close to SFO and has a free shuttle. We stayed one night so we could quickly get to the airport the following morning. You could hear the airplanes take off, but it wasn't so bad that we couldn't fall asleep after a long day of adventures. Quite new hotel conveniently located at the Marina Food Market with a lot Asian restaurants and shops. Coffee and tea are available all day, with relatively good free breakfast.

Exceptional hotel. Primarily, the staff was professional and courteous with personality. Ricky was outstanding at check-in, Giselle was enjoyable at the wine bar, and Kevin was kind at check-out. Their guest service is a 20/10. I called earlier in the week to ask about arriving early and parking. They were gracious and accommodating, saying we could check into our room if it was ready when we arrived. On arrival, the doorman (shamefully I didn’t get his name) was welcoming, friendly and efficient. My stay was fantastic. The only negative thing I experienced was that they removed the US flag from its place of honor at the peak of their hotel in order to fly a pride flag in its place. As a veteran whos friends gave their lives for the US and whos coffins were draped with that flag, this was intolerable. There were plenty other places they could and did fly the pride flag. It should never fly in lieu of the Stars and Stripes.

The emblem is a true gem. the staff from the moment we walked in until the moment we left were exceptional, friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable, and we loved all of the creative touches if you are looking for comfort, fun and inspiration stay here.

The hotel has been completely renovated and is tastefully decorated, cozy, with ample parking, and a g family running it are very lovely people.

This was a great stay for a great price. Love the simple decor and it was spacious. The shuttle was also a great perk!
