"I was pleasantly surprised from the beginning. We had a lot of stuff. There were luggage carts. We arrived late and were hungry. We were able to order a local pizza for delivery and a bottle of wine with real glasses in the lobby. We were late to breakfast the next morning but someone hooked us with scrambled eggs and potatoes. We had a hard time getting a car so needed a late checkout. No problem which was great since I got to work out and swim. It was more like the hospitality of the South....
