Hotel was in a great location. One elevator was broken so it was time consuming getting from parking to lobby to room. Was not able to locate stairs from parking or lobby to get to our room without a 15 minute wait. Hotel restaurant was ok. Sat for 15 minutes before being acknowledged. Ordered food for the family and food for the child was forgotten until after all food was delivered and I was able to track down a waitress. Overall it was an easy walk across the street to the beach for an evening stroll.

Website says they have room service but they dont. Hotel had 1 operating elevator with the other broken. At times it took 5mins to what for the elevator. The parking was limited in the garage and they still charge parking fee even if you dont get a spot. They only clean rooms every other day. The restaurant has no ac and the common areas have no ac. Overall this hotel is like a 4/10.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were clean. Close to everything. Only issue that we had was parking. They only had 2 floors for parking approx 20 stalls in each floor to accommodate the hotel guests, restaurants & beach guests. Parking stalls are very small. We were charged via our room even though parking check in/out wasn’t working & letting whomever in & out without a hotel key or having to pay. Other than that our stay was amazing! Employees were awesome! Polite & professional easy to talk to. Thank you! 😊

Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor reminiscent of unflushed waste. We discovered that someone had forgotten to flush, and despite our attempts, the toilet was not functioning. We were moved to another room, but the towels and bed sheets were stained. This is not my first stay at this hotel, but this experience was unacceptable.
