"Enjoyed the stay at the hotel although I think we must have had the room furthest away from the lifts. Still it was manageable and this room had a walk in shower which is better for us. The location is great as our preferred mode of transport is the bus and there are stops both directions just outside the hotel. This weekend was a bit of a disruption as road works closed some of the bus stops. All in all a most enjoyable stay."

"Everything was great, except May 4 my birthday. I was coming from a 12 hour tour and the manager and security guy harassed me. The manager kept looking at me even I had my card key in my hand. I went to the room to change cause I was tired but I was hungry. I went back to the room cause I forgot my glasses and the security guy asked me for my key card, but he just asked me when there was other people coming. I felt embarrassed. "I dinged one star out of 5 only because you can hear everything, noise from the street, and people next door. Walls are too thin, and looks like the windows are not sound proofed. Other than that, great clean hotel and the service was excellent, they checked us in early as I requested beforehand, and gave us a wonderful anniversary present waiting for in our room.
