I annonsen om hotellet är det inkorrekt information. Det sägs att det är ett tilläggsval att välja städning för 62 extra euro. När vi däremot kom dit frågade vi om vi kunde städa själva istället, men det var inte möjligt enligt. Vi var tvingade att betala extra...

Mitt emellan stranden och city

Pros: Läget
Rent o fräscht! Bra centralt läge utan att vara "mitt i smeten"! Humant pris! Personal som månar om att man ska ha det bra!

Quite good accommodation for the price

Pros: kitchen was nice
Cons: smell in the courtyard
Location: very good
air conditioning and ventilation need to be serviced regurarly.

Centralt bra läge

Centralt bra läge i gamla stan i närheten av ramblan och hamnen med strandpromenaden. Rent och frächt. Många och smala trappor. Liten hiss. Man får inte vara känslig för ljud utifrån då det fanns en bar med högljudda gäster på gatan utanför. Öronproppar rekomenderas. Trevlig och hjälpsam ägare. Lite trång lägenhet för 5 personer. Bra kök.

Thank you for your comment! We have done some works and there are now double windows, so the apartment is much quieter. The street is normally quiet, but there are bars and restaurants not far away, and sometimes on week-ends there can be a bit of noise, yes. Regards

Pleading for Merce :/

Pros: the apartment was spacious, clean
Cons: the booking hassles.. and reconfirmation... and reconfirmation... and RECONFIRMATION!
Location: in a good location close to the Port Vella
Upon booking this apartment i was contacted via email another 2 times asking for confirmation and then via phone another 2 times. If i had not brought my phone with me overseas and ALSO had access to email 24/7 I would not have known the standing of my apartment. It was confirmed, and then i had to pay 30% of my booking, including a 55 euro cleaning fee which i found to be excessive. There was also a follow up email listing the need for a 400euro bond which was not disclosed in the initial booking. In saying all this the apartment did turn out to be real, it was in reasonable condition and my contact Andresz was more than helpful. I found it too much effort to have this room waiting for me and if booking again I would not worry with all the hassle. I want to book something and confirm it immediately, not have it drawn out over 10 days and 4 countries.

Toppenläge! Enda negativa var dåligt med sänglinne och handdukar och lite stökigt på gågatan utanför med alla tapastestauranger.

Yes because of the convenience of the location. The towel needed replacing, they were over used. Upon making the reservation, I was never told there was a cleaning fee of 52,00E, which I think should be told when making the reservation.

Dårlig ankomst

Det var meget dårlig merket hvor leiligheten lå. Ingen resepsjon, ikke noe skilt på døren. Det var heller ikke oppgitt telefonnummer som man kunne ringe. Etter 3 runder rundt kvartalet fant vi en delvis skjult POSTIT-lapp med beskjed om å ringe et nummer. Vedkommende dukket da opp etter 15 minutter og låste oss inn, Det var ikke opplyst om at vi ble krevet 52 euro ekstra for vask. Det stod også meget godt gjemt at vi skulle ha betalt et depositum på 200 euro. Dette slapp vi da vi skulle reise kl 03:00 om morgenen. Var også en del feststøy i leiegården og utenfor nattestid. Men leiligheten var romslig og hadde en sjarmerende beliggenhet i gamlebyen

Dear Asker, The contact details and all the information regarding cleaning fee and damage deposit are provided by hotels.com, on the accommodation page and, hopefully, on the confirmation you receive. As for us, we received your contact details through hotels.com, we mailed and called/SMS you to let you have the receptionist phone number, but you probably did not see your mail or did not have phone connection and so we were unable to contact you. So, the receptionist went to the apartment to leave a post-it note so you could reach him... We believe he went out of his way to contact!... In any case, calling hotels.com in this situation is a good idea, because they also can reach us... We're sorry about the delay you experienced, but, as you can see, we did our best, and finally could find you ;) Kind regards
