“Great and nice Hote”

We stayed in the newly remodeled Deluxe room and it was nice, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean with all modern amenities. Don't expect any breakfast ( only couple of donuts and coffee ).

“good location near death valley NP”

The hotel is beyond my expectation for its cozyness and convenience. There are microwave and cooler in the room. Definitely worth the money.

“Good location at low price to discover Death Valley NP”

Atomic Inn is a good hotel opportunity near Death Valley NP. We had a one night stay with full confort and satisfaction. The owner gave us very good indications on the national park and other curiosities. No breakfast is included.

“A great hotel with character and an ideal location”

Growing up in Nevada, I already knew going in that Beatty was going to be a bit podunk, but the accommodations at the Atomic Inn were anything but. Ideally situated just minutes from the edge of Death Valley National Park, the Atomic Inn gave us the best of all worlds in terms of our trip to the park. With quaint and tastefully kitsch decor adorning the room that's off Beatty's main drag, the Inn is a wonderful place to lay your head down after a full day in Death Valley. It's in a great location- a 5 minute walk from the highlights of the Beatty night scene. The staff were friendly and understand the allure of their establishment, and were very accommodating. The rooms themselves are basic and clean, and most importantly, have fully functional AC's. Due to a TV that wasn't working, we were able to see both the standard and newly renovated rooms, and both were more than suitable accommodations. The rooms are also deceptively spacious, with refrigerators, microwaves, plenty of closet/drawer space, and wifi at the ready. It was also great of the staff to promptly and apologetically give us an upgraded room quickly given the first room having a broken TV. Overall, a great place for an even better price to use as your Death Valley vacation HQ. One mild criticism, and the reason for not giving A+ marks, is the fact that the first room were were in had no toilet paper; a tiny criticism, but given the necessity of TP, thought I'd mention it.

“just a nice small town in the Nevada desert”

The Motel is not Fifth Ave however the room was very clean the bed was very comfortable so if you are looking for a clean room and comfortable bed this is it . Has a TV, Microwrave and little fridge. and coffee and danishes in the office for the morning. This is a small little town and easy access to Death Valley, so give it a chance. sorry did not take pictures.

“Great idea but hits a little short of the mark”

Large room oddly laid out, with wasted space and tight spots! Someone had a great idea. Renovate this old motel to its previous era's glory. Furniture was great. Appointments - great. But as much as they tried, some things just felt short. Period looking bedside lamps - but not plugged into the walls. Remote controls for both wall unit (AC) and the floor heater (which actually DID warm up the room before bedtime - but why wasn't this turned on before we got there - we had reservations?) BUT no remote for the DVD player (and not enough controls on the DVD player for it to function as needed). Cute towel holder on the back of the backroom door but affixed to a hollow-core door with a sheetrock screw and fell right off the door. Small refrigerator and microwave a great plus but hidden inside an armoire with the back falling off of it because someone had to cut holes for the electric cords to come through. Alarm on the door but to alert whom? Someone entered our room while we were out (leaving their dirty boot prints on the white bathroom rug) and no one on staff had an explanation for that. Large open space in the room between the door, bed, and bathroom area but you had to practically crawl over the bed to get between it and the table and chair in front of the front window. Someone had paid a lot of attention to putting cute Atomic logos on things. If I go back to the area, I might consider staying here again but I would check out the other places in town first. Nice manager.

“Great hotel for a familly if you fancy the atom.”

This hotel is perfect for visiting the Death Valley at a reasonable price. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Few remarks: the carpet would need a bit of cleaning, and we stayed 2 days and our towels were not changed, but overall this hotel deserves a good rating. Last thing, the theme of the Hotel 'Nuclear weapons testing' could be a bit troubling for those who do not fancy the atom...
