“A decent cheap night's stay close to Gare du Midi”

This was a fine no-frills place to stay close to the Gare du Midi. The station is about a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The area around the Hotel Midi and adjacent properties have a sketchy appearance, but our group of three adults felt safe and the hotel has someone at reception controlling the door access at all times. The rooms were plain but had clean beds and towels and were fine for a cheap night's stay for three.

“Not a very good option.”

Too much money for a cheap hotel.... must be called hostel. All rooms supposed to be a non smoking rooms, but all furniture and bed, towels smells like an ash trash. The only good point they have is that is very close to the Central Station. Otherwise no one will stay there. No breakfast or dinning room available. If you read this, trust me, spend a little more and go to other hotel, maybe you can find the same location, and the same price in a better place.
