Bargain hotel convenient to Narita AirportPosted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Bargain price and location
Cons: Internet was only hard-wired -- no wireless. Useless for my iPad Mini.
Location: There does not appear to be much to do nearby.
Shuttle runs every half hour for a relatively quick (20 minutes) trip between the hotel and airport. Easy to find at stop #16 in front of Terminal 1 (it also goes to Terminal 2). A small, single room in the older part of the hotel was good sized by Japanese standards with a double bed and comfortable chair. Mini-fridge, hot water pot for tea, bathroom amenities were all nice to have. Good view of the airport itself yet no aircraft noise. Some hallway noise since I was by the elevators. Buffet in the restaurant on the main lobby floor was reasonably priced with much selection, although mostly Japanese food. Easy to navigate for non-Japanese speaker. All hotel staff seemed to know basic English. There were several different international airline crews staying at the hotel which is usually a good sign.

Old hotel in desperate need of a renovation.Posted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: The free shuttle bus service and that's it.
Cons: Everything apart from the shuttle bus service.
Location: The location is not that great but it is convenient and the aeon mall is sub par.
The only positive thing about this hotel is the free shuttle service provided. The hotel room is in an appalling state of cleanliness and desperately needs a face lift. Please renovate ASAP. In addition, nearly every service costs money, such as the swimming and tennis facilities, which may not have an evident cost but there are many indirect costs which are totally unnecessary. I would not stay at this hotel ever again and I've never seen such a horrendously dirty hotel in Japan as every other hotel I have stayed in has been both comfortable and very clean.

Great hotel near Narita airportPosted Jun 8, 2014
Pros: Comfortable bed, spacious room, very near the airport and friendly English-speaking staff who understood my needs
Cons: Well, nothing I can think of...
I booked this hotel as I needed to take an early morning flight out of Narita the following day. I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the lobby was, with friendly English-speaking staff manning the reception. I was also delighted that the staff bothered to ask me what my flight time was and suggested the time I should be at the lobby the following morning. This was crucial as I really didn't want to miss my flight. In addition, the room was also spacious and the bed was very comfortable. You could also access CNN and BBC channels via the TV and with FREE Wifi, I couldn't really ask for more. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!

Only there for one night, lovely and clean, comfy rooms - especially after sleeping on the floor for a week! A very comfortable night.

Be sure what you are reservingPosted May 18, 2014
Pros: Overall a nice hotel with good service
Cons: Don't get the small room
Location: It is isolated so to go anywhere a taxi is required. I just use it for one night airport stays.
I have stayed in this hotel several times and had been very pleased. This time I got an old, very small room. The door to the bathroom was very low and I hit my head a couple of times. The other rooms I had were excellent, but this one was just adequate
