“Grand Hotel is Grand”

Hotel is a bit pricy but very nice and location next to rail road station makes connections to the airport very easy.

“A great hotel choice for Copenhagen”

Hotel is older, but well maintained. Location could not be more convenient, if you are touring Copenhagen. We didn't really try the business aspects of the hotel like internet service or the breakfast, so we can't comment about that. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel, and I'd stay there again. Room was comfortable.

“Great Hotel in the heart of Copenhagen”

After quit a long flight from Israel to Copenhagen, the fact that the hotel was right behind the city's central train station was great. It's in a 5 minutes walk to the Tivoli ammusment park and 10 minutes walk from the wonderful city hall square. If I'm in Copenhagen again, I will choose this hotel again with no doubt...

“comfortable, helpful staff”

I booked a room for one, and found it very clean and comfortable. The room fit a twin-sized bed, desk and armoire with plenty of room to spare. As a note, my particular bath had no tub, but it wasn't a big deal to me. The hotel is located really close to the main train station, so it was fast and easy to make the transfer from airport to train, to hotel. I arrived at night for a late check-in and there was staff on hand to help me. It was raining during my stay, and the front desk lent me an umbrella. Overall, very happy with the quality of my experience.

“Easy access from the train.”

I liked the Grand Hotel. I stayed in two different rooms at two different times. I really liked the single better than the double. The breakfast was one of the nicest in all my stays over the month in Europe and it had excellent service. My room was clean and comfortable. I only wish they had airconditioners. It wasn't too hot the second time, but the first night there was extremely warm due to the weather. To find it, go out of the train station and take a left. Once you are across the street from the Hard Rock Cafe take another left. Go a little over a block and you are there.

“Excellent location of hotel”

The Grand Hotel is located walking distance from the Tivoli Gardens, Train Station, 7-Eleven and clothing stores. The people at the hotel are really nice and they let us check in earlier so we could enjoy the city. They are very accomodating. Their buffet breakfast was included in the price of the package - was great (eggs, ham, juice, breads, etc.).

Newly updated, very clean, quiet, well staffed; bathroom a little small but adequate. A good in house restaurant.

Hotel was recently updated and quite comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. The restaurant at the hotel was very upscale and food was very good.
