"This is one of the few New York properties that lives up to the hype. In a crowded city this apartment has spacious rooms with tall ceilings. "It was great to stay in a hotel in a good location, with a ton of interesting history attached, friendly and helpful staff, and polite other guests, too. I stayed in a suite, which was spacious and had an excellent view of the city. If I had to point out something that could be improved upon, the bedding was a little rough, but otherwise no complaints. "
