However I don’t think I’ll live at the top bunk cuz every time I wanna go down it will take some courage… Another thing is that they will need to use passcode and sometimes I can get lost when I first came here. “Bad experience ! First night the heater was not working but the supervisor just gave us a portable heater which is noisy and bothering us all night . Luckily the next day we asked them to give us a new room otherwise it would be a disastor . Room cleaning is ridiculously every three days . We asked them to do room cleaning the second day morning but when we returned to hotel around evening , the room was not done cleaning at all . What’s worse is that the supervisor gave us a lame excuse ,……

“This is a new hotel in a beautiful location. I was able to walk everywhere. Parking is not easy, so if you don’t need a car I would skip the rental. The hotel has a restaurant and bar. Food was good at the bar, I did not eat at the restaurant which is separate. Staff was incredibly friendly. The bartenders made good drink recommendations, and had quick service. The room was great. “We checked in really early and the reception staff went above and beyond to ensure housekeeping got our room ready really quickly. We had lunch in the bistro while we waited which was very pleasant. The bar staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The room was amazing and really comfortable, after a long flight and the onset of jet lag it was just what we needed.”

"飯店位於火車站不遠的地方，挺好找的。面河岸景觀不錯。還贈送了迎賓的水和巧克力糖🍫（在英國如果不是五星飯店不是所有飯店都是這樣的，通常只有茶包、咖啡包、糖包）。同時能提供提前線上check-in & out節省時間。按照樓層圖示標註有某些樓面應該要提自動製冰機，但每層都去過後才發現自動製冰機沒有插電運作。最後還是回到飯店內的酒吧順利拿到裝著冰塊的冰桶。酒吧內的員工態度很好。以前總以為在飯店內用餐會比外面的餐飲貴很多，但在這間酒吧旁附設的餐廳其實不然。味道不錯挺好吃的，價格也相對合理。如果你已經在外玩得很累了，不想再出門的話會是一種好的推薦。"
