not for familiesPosted Jun 13, 2013
Cons: small rooms, shower next to the bed.
Location: one second from Leicester Square.
We booked this hotel using expedia and indicated was for 4 - 2 adults, one child and one infant. We got there and they thought we were a couple. They were able to provide a portacot for the infant but no bed available for our 8 year old. We had to sleep 2 adults and one child in a double bed. The toilet was in a little ensuite attached, but the shower and bath were in the room with the bed. It was a very nice hotel, clean, tidy, smart with restaurant attached and with good staff , but was not prepared for us, they advise they have had a chnage in management, its now known as One Leicester Street. Excellent location, but much more suited for a couple and not families.

Great room just couldn't sleepPosted Mar 11, 2013
Pros: Clean, bright room
Cons: noise, light, heat
Location: Very central
We found it very hard to sleep as there was a loud noise like an air conditioning unit outside the window. The room was too hot to sleep and it wasn't dark because of bright light shining in window despite blinds being closed. Room was good. Just couldn't sleep as it was too light, too hot and too noisy.

Interesting rooms, maybe just a little priceyPosted Sep 10, 2012
Pros: The location, and some of the charm of the room, made it seem a little different to the normal hotels.
Cons: Bit pricey, for the size of the room and hotel facilities. Not quite a secret spot at a great price, and not quite the facilities of a boutique hotel.
Location: Right on the edge of Leicester Square and China Town. Well positioned for theatres, bars and nightclubs.
I travel a lot to London, so this was a chance to test out a new hotel. This hotel could not be closer to the buzz of Leicester Square and China Town. The rooms are interestingly set out. My room was certainly light and open. The layout makes this hotel seem more like a set of rooms rather than a hotel. I thought it was interesting, but I also thought it was probably a little pricey for the facilities.

Beautiful hotel/restaurant close to everythingPosted Aug 12, 2012
Pros: Waiter flirted with me and he was gorgeous
Cons: Sink didn't drain properly… needed fixing
Location: Near Soho bars and clubs… perfect
I LOVED THIS HOTEL. The room looked amazing, was clean and beautiful. The staff were helpful and made me feel very welcome. The restaurant is lovely and their staff amazing… it might be a bit on the pricey side, but what the hell, it was worth it.

Good hotel and very convenient locationPosted Mar 8, 2012 on Hotels.com
The staff are friendly and the location is very convenient being less than 5 mins from tube station. The only things are late check in time (3pm) and no kettle in the room for something in the morning before you leave hotel. Overall I would definitely stay again!
