"The check in person was CRAZY aggressive trying to upsell me $500/night for a suite.
There was some strange noise in the wall from midnight to 3am. Like a cell phone was buried in the wall or something. buzzing/vibration.
The bell staff were very nice. LOVED the giant family room."
"What a great hotel!.. so pleased with the friendliness, attentiveness, and support from the staff… feels like a bit of a throwback to a classic era from the minute you walk in the door!"
"We had a lovely weekend at the Iroquois New York. The location was fabulous and our room was very quiet. The staff were friendly and attentive. There was always a wait for the breakfast at peak times but they offer it to go if you don't want to wait for a table. The room was small but nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. It would have been nice to have coffee and tea in the room and a microwave but it was close to many restaurants so it was not a major issue."

Great Stay
"My stay was great - all the staff was helpful especially Steven - who was amazing and helped secure some much needed copies of an itinerary for my meeting "
"I had amazing stay. It was so peaceful and relaxing even though you’re in a beautiful location in the city right next to chinatown and a walk away from the Brooklyn bridge! I definitely will be back. They even have free yoga in the sky!! Room service was super responsive even though I had them heat up my leftovers quite a few times🤗."
