Pros: It felt clean and modern, although typically small rooms, par for Japan. It was only a short block and a half from the Nippombashi Subway Station.
Cons: No complaints.
Location: Huge selection of Eating places, including Sushi and Japanese fast foods, and comes alive at night. The subway makes it easy to visit most of Osaka's
We chose this hotel because of it's proximity (just steps away) from the famous Dotombori area's neon and mostly casual eating places, and we weren't disapointed. The area's mostly younger crowd made a lively, but not overly raucuous atmosphere.

Great location, A/C not as great.Posted Jul 11, 2013
Great location, nice hotel. Only complaint is that air conditioner was a bit weak and did not provide much protection from the malicious heat and humidity beating on my door. Also, there was no view outside the window -- but this is common in many large Japanese cities as buildings are often situated so close together you'd break your dental floss trying to insert it between two of them.

Pros: location & price
Cons: size of room
Location: Great spot, within easy reach of transport, shops, restaurants
The hotel was comfortable and clean, a little old. The room was small - only one side of the double bed accessible, but the bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel location is great! Lots of activity, shopping, restaurants and close to the subway - note: the nearest station is not a JR line.
