Dreary and Run Down

Posted Jun 10, 2014 on Hotels
The hotel is old and run down. Our room was fairly clean, but had a musty smell. The towels were like sandpaper and the rug was not cleaned (as evidenced by how dirty my feet were after showering and walking around the room.) The bed was average and the breakfast was just OK.

This is a decent budget hotel. Unfortunately, all hotels in the Pulaski area are overpriced, which makes the rate for this hotel outrageous compared to most other markets.

Good for a night or two

I was on a business trip, no kids or family. It was good for what I needed but it is not a place to fully lay back and relax. It has a rundown feeling even though they try...

too far from town

We were thoroughly upset. We were promised a ground floor (because of one person on a walker) and a smoking room. We were told there was a choice of pleasing one of us or the other, because smoking rooms were all on the top floor. we stayed one night and went elsewhere for a full week. The room we were assigned was dirty with dead bugs in the corner of the floor.

Was what I was looking for in a stay

Posted Apr 22, 2013 on Hotels
I look for the following things out of a hotel: 1. Clean room. 2. Comfortable bed. 3. Hot shower. 4. Wireless internet. I'm a no frills kind of traveler so this place satisfied me just fine.

In the middle of nowhere. Rooms have been remodeled but still have an old look. TV is not HD. Inconvienient location. Really the only thong good was the price.

I would not stay here.

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
Location: right off interstate
The overall experience of our stay was not good. I brought my dad up to see his granddaughter play in her first college softball game, we rented this room for 2 nights. Unfortunally we could stay one, due to illness. The hotel would not give him refund on the second night. We had prepaid. This room was also suppose to be handicap accessable. It wasnt. Oh, it had the shower chair, bedside potty chair. The bathroom was not handicap friendly. It has a regular bathtub and was very very small!. Could not even turn around without touching something either the wall or shower curtain, very very small. I would not stay in this hotel again, I would stay in a tent!

worst hotel we've ever stayed at! STAY AWAY from this hotel!!!

Posted Nov 22, 2011
This hotel is the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. Our room smelt like mildew and had dead bugs all over the floor, so we asked for a different room. They gave us the room next door and it also had dead bugs all over and smelt just as horrible. The breakfast was awful. The juice was watered down and the worst we've ever tried to drink and the rest of the food was just as bad. WAY overpriced-should have cost at least half as much as what we paid. We stayed the next night at a La Quinta hotel, did not get charged a pet fee and it was almost brand new and cost less. STAY AWAY from this hotel. The only reason we chose it was for it's location off the interstate, but you're better off driving an extra 20-30 minutes to find a cheaper, more decent hotel.
