"Shower was scary. Extremely slippery and no anti-slip surface or anti-slip mat. Shower head was filthy and it did not work properly. Pillows were terrible, and now I have pain in my neck."

"My daughter and I stayed one night for a concert. All of the staff were extremely nice. Housekeeping staff gets extra kudos for having exceptionally clean rooms and each staff member said hi when we walked by. Best service ever. Complementary breakfast was very good. Lots of options eggs, potatoes, bacon, toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, donuts, juice, coffee and tea options! Dinner was a 10 min walk to downtown and SAP center was 15 to 20. Would definitely stay here again! "
