差劣情度難以接受。

沒有空調供應叫客人開窗睡覺難以接受。投訴後送來一台不轉動的風扇都不知這家酒店放客人在什麼位置。牆壁滿塵封可怕!

the only advantage - location

Posted Apr 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
Quite an old hotel with only three floor of hotel rooms while the rest are SME office and internet cafe, which means you need to share the lift with.working crowd there. The receptonisits are absolutely bad that I asked them to book taxi for me but they answer they dont know the number and refuse to check for me. I cant imagine if you.have sth urgently on and need a taxi. In terms of room, it was okay just a bit old. But if you that type of shallow sleeper, i suggest you not to.move in cause in my experience, you can hear next doors and the doors noise clearly. I wrote this just to provide a true review as when I selected this hotel due to its high score ranking.

Good value

Pros: Love that each room had a computer for personal use.
Cons: Smell in the hallways of the 12th floor
Location: Close to puplic transportation
Great hotel for the price. We stayed at this hotel 2 times on this trip, each time a differant room. The first room might have had a plasma TV, that doubled as a computer monitor, the second room defenatly did not have a plasma, but had a seperate computer monitor. I did not check for WiFi as each room had a computer for use in them. Neither of the rooms had memory foam matresses, but the beds were slightly softer than the typical Chinese bed. The location is very good. We walked to and from the subway station in about five minutes, and there are many bus stops even closer. If I ever come back this way, I would be sure to stay here again. Don't get me wrong, this hotel is a little older and could use some extra care, but overall a nice place to stay.

Better English Speaking Staff

Posted Oct 27, 2011
Hi I think this was a good Hotel to stay at Shenzhen. The hotel staff tried hard to please and to understand my english. Everything worked just fine in my room. It took me several days to understand that the Chinese electricity outlets also could take American plugs also. I had no damage to any of my phones or ipad. I had internet included in my room ,it was just very slow connection. I would stay here again if I come back to Shenzhen.
